Remember awhile back I mentioned to you how I was having some teeth issues. Nothing drastic to the point where I need a root canal or anything just a couple of cavities that I want to get rid of . I’m a pretty holistic person and putting things in my mouth that could be detrimental to my health is something serious for me. So over the past few months I have been experimenting with oil pulling and reading Rameil Nigel book on curing teeth problems.
That book is awesome is offers some really holistic dental health tips that one could implement right away. It does include some nutritional changes just so you know.
Because dental health starts from the inside.
Anyhow that’s another discussion all in itself.
Well the Heal thy mouth Summit is back in effect and will be showing this month featuring all sorts of dental health tips, and even oral health education for kids.
