LAZY DINNER FOR ONE
Check out this quick and simple lazy dinner for one idea. Sometimes when you are staying home alone and not hanging out with friends. Or maybe the kids are out and hubby is not home, and you just want a quick dinner idea for one person. Well, today I’m showing you how I was able to cook up with a healthy easy dinner idea for one person. That is simple, tastes great, and at the same time healthy for you.
Some of the ingredients I used were prepackaged brussel sprouts from Trader Joe’s, lemon slices, and red snapper from Publix already prepacked and thawed out. Some basic seasonings and you are on your way for a lazy dinner for one that anyone can make.
I wanted a quick dinner for one that was quick too!!
QUICK DINNER FOR ONE
Ingredients
- Seafood Seasoning
- Salt
- Red Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Black Pepper
- Butter
- Red Snapper
- Lemons
- Roasted Seasoned Brussel Sprouts
- Olive Oil
HEALTHY RECIPES FOR PERSON INSTRUCTIONS
After I add the ingredients to the red snapper, I place olive oil in the pan with a teaspoon of butter. I then seared the fish on both sides for about 3-5 minutes each side. Next, I place the whole pan in the oven with the fish on 410 and let it bake for about 10 minutes.
Finally, I added the red snapper to the pan with the lemon wedges and Brussels sprouts. There you go a quick dinner for one which is truly a lazy dinner for one.

Red Snapper And Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients
- 1 Trader Joe Brussel Sprouts
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- 1 Red Snapper
- 1 lemon wedges
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Seafood Seasoning
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Add butter and Olive to seprate pan and sear the brussel sprouts until cookd for about 10 minutes. Next add oil and butter and olive to another pan and heat up. Season the redsnapper with seafood seasoning, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Sear the Snapper in the another pan for about 3-4 minues each side then bake in the oven on 425.
